The play is a story of five children who have a dramatic experience of change as actors together in a play. The actors are teachers of Vidyashram – The Southpoint School. This is part of a new Theatre/Education project being developed by NIRMAN Theatre Studio and Vidyashram Schools.

The first performance followed an intensive two-week rehearsal period by ten teacher-actors, a dedicated director, and the script writer at a residency in Mussoorie. Following this, the play has been performing in schools and other venues in and around Varanasi.
